Bill Carns was the host of his nationally syndicated Second Amendment Radio, Sundays Noon Eastern time on Liberty News Radio Network.

Bill is formerly the Senior Range Master for the largest firearms training organization in the US and one of the few qualified 5-Weapons Range Masters in the country today. Bill is qualified as a Defensive Range Master in handgun, shotgun, carbine rifle, submachine gun, M-16 and precision rifle and teaches private clients, private groups, special events and contracts with security, police and military for their various training needs, from basic firearms to advanced individual and team tactics.

For years Bill has been a staunch defender of the Constitution and our Rights, knowing that our Constitutionally protected Second Amendment Rights are what protects the rest of our Rights.

In addition to his own radio show Bill occasionally guest hosts other radio and tv programs, conducts radio and television interviews, speaks at conservative and pro gun events, has appeared in television and film and was a featured contestant of the inaugural season of History Channel's Top Shot, a competition based reality show.
