Bill is a former police officer, an NRA certified instructor, Department of Defense certified small arms instructor and qualified 5-Weapons Range Master. He is highly qualified as an Instructor and Range Master in handgun, shotgun, rifle, submachine gun, M-16 and precision (sniper) rifle.

Bill operated as the Lead Range Master for the largest private firearms training organization in the country for 4 years and was the only person qualified to range master every firearms course offered by that organization. Bill also wrote and managed virtually all of the curricula for that organization and did the same when he served as a contract firearms and tactics instructor for the Department of Defense.

With about 60 recognized Handgun Combat Masters in the world, Bill has had the honor of training and testing six (or 10%) of the world's Handgun Combat Masters.

Bill continues to train private individuals, executives, celebrities, security, personal protection professionals, private groups, large events, police, military and even European Royalty from the basic fundamentals of firearms up to and including advanced individual and team tactics in a multitude of scenarios.

Bill has organized and managed shooting events with hundreds of participants for multi-day shooting courses and events.
